Updated Midterm Examination Routine and Seat Plan [Fall-2026]

Dear Students,

Greetings from the CSE Examination Committee!

Please ignore the previous Midterm Examination Routine-Fall 2026 and follow the updated Midterm Examination Routine for Fall 2026. Please find the attachment for details. Additionally, the slot-wise exam schedule is as follows:

Important Notice:

In case of an overlap (only if exams fall in the same time slot on the same day), students are advised to consult with their respective course teacher and advisor.
There is no makeup/supplement exam for any absence in the Examination. Only medical emergencies during (at the exam hall) the examination may be allowed to sit for makeup/supplement examination with valid medical reports.

You are advised to see the date-wise attached Seat Plan Details for the upcoming Midterm Examination, Fall 2026. Please note the following:

- ANX1-208 refers to Room 208 in the Annex 1 Building.
- 208 (without the ANX1 prefix) refers to KT-208 in the KT Building.
Please visit the assigned examination rooms in advance to become familiar with their exact locations, particularly those in the Annex 1 Building, to avoid any confusion or delays on the examination day.

If you find any course or any section that is missing in the given seat plan, you are advised to inform the Exam Committee.

Note: All retake course examinations will be conducted by the respective course teacher. Please consult your course teacher for the date and time of your retake exam.
