Regarding Registration of Advising Students

Dear Faculty Members,

All faculty members are requested to strictly follow the instructions below regarding student registration:

1. Complete the registration of all students assigned under your advising.
2. Do not register any student who is not listed under your advising.
3. Do not register students in the next section until the current section reaches 50 students.
4. Carefully review and correct your advisor list, where necessary, to ensure that all assigned students are properly listed.

All faculty members are requested to follow these instructions strictly. If any violation or irregularity is found, further necessary action will be taken accordingly.
