Art of Living

It has been perceived from different evaluation that intellectual ability needs to be exercised in an effective way through scheduled practice and performance. Success comes not just from the knowledge and skills but also from behavior which can create distance between success and failure. ITM Students Gain Industry Insights During Visit to Brain Station 23

The Department of Information Technology & Management (ITM), DIU, recently organized an industry visit to Brain Station 23, a leading software development company. This visit provided students with a valuable opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the modern software industry.

The informative sessions covered a wide array of critical topics, including current industry trends, the evolving job market, and strategies for adapting to an AI-driven workplace. Furthermore, students gained practical knowledge regarding backend development fundamentals, standard software development practices, mobile application development, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the growing impact of AI in product development.

Industry visits like these are instrumental in helping ITM students connect academic knowledge with real-world practices. They allow our students to better understand industry expectations and thoroughly prepare themselves for future careers in technology and management.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the team at Brain Station 23 for their warm hospitality and for generously sharing their valuable knowledge and experiences with our students.

A special thanks to Fahad Mahmud and Mst. Farhana Rahman, Lecturer, Department of ITM, for taking the initiative to arrange this insightful learning experience.
