Dear Students,
Please be informed that your Defense Board is scheduled to be held on February 23, 2026 (Monday). You are requested to be present at the Department Office at 9:00 AM sharp.
Kindly note the following instructions:
Please bring two (2) copies of your project book, your presentation slides, and a printed poster for the presentation.
Poster size: 4 feet × 3 feet (Length × Width)
Ensure that you follow the Capstone Project Checklist carefully before submitting the final black-bound copy of your report.
Print the attached file titled “Board of Examiners.”
After completing your Defense Board and obtaining the required signatures, you must attach this signed document as the first page of your final black-bound report at the time of final submission.
After successfully completing the Defense Board, please fill out the Graduating Feedback Form.
