Under the assessment of Jahida Begum, Head of Food & Beverage Production, NHTTI, our students successfully demonstrated their practical skills by producing a variety of food items, creating promotional videos, and selling their products to real customers.

Beyond production, they took it a step further by analyzing costing, calculating break-even points, and presenting their business insights professionally to the assessor.
